Welcome to VELORYX. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the VELORYX website, mobile experience and services (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Accounts

Browsing and adding items to a cart does not require an account. Placing an order will require you to create a VELORYX account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

2. Orders & pricing

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars and exclude applicable taxes. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, cancel an order, or limit quantities per household. Placing an order is an offer to buy — a contract is formed when we send the shipping confirmation.

3. Payment

We accept major credit cards and select digital wallets, processed by PCI-compliant third-party providers. You authorize us to charge your selected method for the total order amount.

4. Shipping & returns

Shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping and Returns policies, which form part of these Terms.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VELORYX is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute must be brought in the state or federal courts located in New York County, NY.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we'll post a notice on the site. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
