Returns & refunds

Our promise

If something isn't right, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return it for a full refund. Original shipping is refunded when the return is caused by us (damage, wrong item, defect).

What we can accept

• Unopened, unused items in their original packaging.
• Items delivered damaged or defective — send a photo and we'll replace it, no return needed for small items.
• Wrong item received — we cover return shipping.

What we can't accept

• Opened food, baby formula, or personal-care items (health & safety).
• Clearance items marked "final sale".
• Gift cards.

How to start a return

1. Visit Order tracking and enter your order number.
2. Select the items you'd like to return and the reason.
3. Print the prepaid return label we email you.
4. Drop the package off at any USPS location.

Refund timing

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of the return arriving at our warehouse. Your bank may take an additional 2–5 business days to post the credit.
